I've discovered the secret! Pizza builds muscle overnight! I wish. Will be drinking tons of water today. Last night was cleaning, including mopping a couple rooms, still not walking. I did turn on my watch and the results are not spectacular, but it got done.
Day is already slightly off the rails as mom's radiator blew and she has errands that suddenly "must" get done today. As long as I keep her moving, it'll be fine. Hogan is wanting to stay outside today, can't let him, so he's serenading me with low fi whining.
Weekend rules although it's cold and windy outside, so may relax them a bit and even watch a movie or something at some point.
