Maintaining 😁

Library ▪︎ Voted ▪︎ Walmart....had to get something to take to the Graduation Party tomorrow. It's a barbecue/ pot luck. I bought a Southwest Chopped salad kit & I'm going to make a watermelon salad with lime & mint.

I got 4 tomato plants....planted them in the pots I bought for the deck last year, this afternoon.

Did our afternoon walk.

I made lettuce wraps for dinner. I made up a recipe as I went along. I realized I didn't have any Soy Sauce while I was pulling out the ingredients I was planning to use, so I just improvised. I think they turned out pretty good.

Ended the day under 1600 calories 😊 after dessert. Years ago, I used to eat Luigi's Italian Ices a lot. I got tired of them but they are a new favorite again. I especially like the Swirled ones. I just realized I bought 2 new flavors today (thought I bought the swirled). The new flavors are Blue Raspberry & Watermelon.

Time to get to bed.
