Wow you really have abandoned yourself gordita and taking the ship downhill really fast: “oh just a little healthy snack” , “hm feeling down and lonely .. better eat something sweet to feel better”, “omg I’m getting fat and just had ice cream , I should stop buying it ..but I’ll do it after finishing the other half” , “is only a bit of oil and sauces to add flavor” , “I did exercise this morning I can afford eating this” - I know you want love and don’t want to feel hard with yourself cause you feel guilty already .. but can you at least during this week drink a full glass of water before opening your big mouth? - May just started and time is going to pass regardless , you can start adopting new habits and if you don’t like it you can re-start the cow life you have been living by end of June. Please just drink water man, only asking that you can do it 💪.. pleeeease drink please 🙏🙏
