So this loss was not on purpose. I’ve been sick and unable to eat. Everything tastes gross and rotten. I barely have the strength to shower. I started to blackout the last time I shower. So lost weight I 💗 but no strength no. Trying to slowly add food again and since everything got eliminated I’ll see how the scale moves as I add what’s necessary. Hopefully I can keep the loss and gain strength. I know now I’m eating enough to where the scale isn’t going down or up.
