Scale is not going the right way 😕 I did measure my waist & it is still the same. This does reinforce how easy it is to gain if you don't stay on top of it. I'm not eating a huge amount of food. I have been eating what we have in the freezer & pantry. Time to shop for some more chicken & seafood. I try to mix it up with them between the higher calorie protein but haven't had it on hand for the past few days.

I did get in an extra short walk up the drive to the mailbox today. And did the neighborhood walk this afternoon. The weather was warm but had started cooling off by late afternoon.

Hubby grilled a New York Strip for dinner. It was 1.5 lbs. We split it & saved some for later.
