I'm so grateful for this app! It allows me to go back and look for patterns in my eating and weight loss. According to what's been happening in the past, I will bounce around here now between 134 & 135 for probably a week or so and then drop another pound. That works for me! 🐢🐢

@acomander hi sis sorry about that. I got my zoom set up now and I have to remember when I am in a different location other than my place I have to reset my network settings 🤓. I save Letty’s Zumba web addy and now I am ready to go.
