short walk last night, 2.49 miles, I think I'm not taking pictures right now because the lights are down and it's just dark. not much to look at. there are a few stragglers with lights but I've shared most of those.

Revived the rest of the fish in the air fryer last night. came out of the oven pretty good. had salad for lunch, we are back to my normal preferred foods. I've got some rotisserie chicken to get through and then I'll start cooking my own again. reading an article on why mobility decreases as you get older. TL:DR keep moving as long as you can, lift heavy things to maintain bone, and keep moving as long as you can. yes, that was intentional repetition. that's my plan, too. I did break out the icy hot for the elbow thing and have been mindful of my grip and tension on the walks the last two nights. it helped pretty quickly. the other part of icy hot is that you have to massage it in which increases circulation. win win.
