Morning after booster, still feeling okay other than my arm being sore. Hoping it doesn't hit like the second one, but have contingency plans in place for this afternoon if it does. Today is also the first day back to puppy class. We'll just wait and see what the day holds. I have not taken anything for it yet and won't unless I start to feel like crap. now you know why I had a waffle for dinner.

Did a treadmill class last night, technically, I did two because I hated the music for the first workout and knew I wasn't going to give my best unless it was something I enjoyed. So I stopped it fifteen minutes in and switched to another workout and another instructor and it was much, much better.

just hit my five minute wall on entering this morning. not a resolution, just a busy day. blob receding. muscle holding pretty good considering I did a super light workout yesterday. water is down. drank 60 oz yesterday, but oh well.
