Treadmill again last night due to rain showers. Only did a thirty minute class, but was full of all-outs. Not my favorite, but better than sitting on my butt. Blob notching down a hair, muscle up, not feeling bloated or anything this morning, so okay, that's great. Another great sleep, figures that's one of the things I'm best at. Writing this before I turn on the work machine, so keeping it short. Looks like blue skies today, but that's how we started off yesterday. Drinking peppermint coffee. Yum. Tis the season after all.
