Better, but blob is still holding on. Did a 45 minute treadmill class with big hills followed by sprints. One of the hardest I've done, but I really enjoyed it when I wasn't gasping for breath. No cough drops and I got my heart rate up into the 160s on the sprints, so definitely giving it a workout. Quick look around the yard says we made it through that storm. I have have couple things that need to be fixed before the next one, will do them this weekend. I don't know why it's so hard to start to exercise when it feels so good after. I really just don't get it. Priorities are pretty screwed up when you don't have time for the one thing that will make you feel better. So weird. With that nugget, I leave you for my computer/owner for the day. Also, I thought it was Wednesday for a little while last night. Disappointed when I figured out my mistake. It is Wednesday today though, so we'll run with that thought for a few more hours.
