Busy morning already. Switched scale settings back to non-athlete, didn't show immediately, guess it'll do that tomorrow or I'll figure out I didn't do it right. Went over calories yesterday, but also went to bed super early for me and slept through. 18 more days until the days get longer, but who's counting? Onwards.
