That was fun, outcome is apparent, now back to work. Stocked up on chicken and veggies and even went back into a normal grocery store yesterday. Skipped dinner, wasn't hungry, burrito stuck around. I had no idea those giant tortillas had 380 calories, that was almost half the estimated calories I gave it. Wouldn't have eaten it if I'd looked ahead of time.

Walked twice yesterday. First was a leisurely stroll through a mall - that happens never in my life. Second was a walk with the pups in the dark. Some of the Christmas lights are up. Very pretty. Didn't take too many pics as you can tell there are more to come. my VO2 numbers still suck but the cough is lingering but better.

salad in the fridge, chicken in the freezer, water to my right. going to do some mini bursts of walking throughout the day this week. best way to hit my goals with the early darkness.
