It's all good, just a fluctuation and I had to rush a little this morning so I missed my bathroom engagement. Did 2.51 miles last night, didn't get my heart rate up very high, averaging only 108 instead of 120 (keep in mind we have to stop to sniff, etc), but being aware, I'm going to start pushing harder. Puppy class tonight, so treadmill workout before. Hoping I can find that sprint set one. I feel like I'm losing my cardio and I just can't shake this cough. It is better, I did the walk without any cough drops, but I am over it. Sinuses have been flaring a bit the last two days with the weather. Yesterday it felt like I could take my pulse with the throbbing in my left nostril all day, but that seems to have subsided this morning. Thank you, Neti pot and Mucinex.

Scale seems to be talking to the network again this morning. Blob up a little, muscle and water good. Actively watching the water is interesting to me now, I never paid attention before, but it's worth watching, especially as I tend to slack off on the liquids during the cooler months.

Not many pics this week, it's been a bit of a struggle to just get it done with the darkness coming so early. I figure I'll feel more motivated once the holiday decorations go up. Two of the houses on my block turned off Halloween and put up Christmas that day. That's a new thing. I'm not in that much of a rush. Need to get through Thanksgiving weekend first.
