Notching down just in time for Halloween. Okay swim yesterday due to breathing cold air and lots of coughing. Also, keeping a cough drop in my mouth with the snorkel did not work at all. Was scared I'd choke on it and die. Not a good time to be stupid like that. 759 strokes, 9.6 METs due to the stopping, average heart rate of 141. So the numbers aren't bad, it was just the environment. I would have been fine with an indoor pool and high humidity, but I'm not complaining. I feel like I'm on the other side of this thing, I just need it to go away.

No walk last night, ended up doing a serious pool clean which took way longer than I thought, but I should be good through the end of the year on that. I was ravenous last night even though I'd eaten most of my calories during the day. Kept it mostly in check, over a bit, but it will even out over the week. Ate that peach and some chicken with spaghetti squash. Will probably make a twice baked casserole with the other half of the squash. So good when it's cold.

Muscle up, which makes sense, I did a lot of lifting type stuff besides swimming during the day. Blob notched down, water is good and I made sure to keep the fluids going all day even though it's cooler. My swim numbers are dismal this year. Need to catch up there. Get more in.

Last of the Halloween houses from my walks. This is what I call "The Pirate House." They have the front door open all the time and there are skeletons in the foyer, but I felt like a creeper taking pics of that with no one to ask first. These guys play the coolest turntable music every weekend on their porch. Old school jazz, Led Zeppelin, random old country music from the 50's, just whatever they're feeling. and they outdid themselves with the yard. What I failed to capture is their old Land Rover Defender also loaded up with pirate skeletons and looks rad. I will grab a pic when I see it, it's pretty awesome.
