This probably will be a short lived low. I didn't eat anything after drinking the Gatorade mix last night. I was so bloated! Sleep wasn't great last night. I tried to sleep about 12:30 but was up in the bathroom at 1 AM. Eventually I slept cause I dreamed it was snowing.

Everything went well this morning...except the nurse said I was quite dehydrated. Duh....nothing could stay in. My blood pressure was low but after drinking a ginger ale & some water it started to go up enough she was comfortable releasing me to go home.

Hubby & I stopped for breakfast as we usually do...traditions are important 😁 I ordered a cheesesteak omelet, grits & a biscuit. I was only able to eat half of the omelet (brought the other half home) but ate the rest. I haven't been hungry so haven't eaten anything else today.

We stopped at the library so we could find books then came home. I've taken it easy all afternoon but did get out for our walk.

Dinner soon...I bought some noodle bowls the other day so we're going to try those with a small salad.

Time to feed the dogs....and "cook" 😉
