Legit closed my rings two days in a row yesterday, so progress there. Medium walk last night, did the distance, took it easy on speed. Always feels good to get outside and move. Took a short movie of my favorite Halloween house, need to figure out if I can post here or not. It's the sugar skull house and they have added on including sound effects. It's amazing. In the meantime, here's the house across the street. Pretty cool. Also on a butt burning incline of a hill.

Blob down, muscles up, water up. Interesting that I'm gaining as I'm really not eating that much at all. Mostly because I'm not hungry right now. My sugar free cough drops say 0 calories, but I'm going to start tracking them as 5 calories each since they have evolved into a food group at the moment. Puppy class tonight, probably not going, having a cough in public just isn't as much fun as it used to be. #sarcasm
