Technically down a little and trending the right way, one more bit of smoked salmon and done. Yesterday afternoon turned into a cluster, today is going to be similar. Couldn't sleep last night, looked at phone, ten thousand texts from a friend after midnight - their house caught on fire and they're displaced and she's losing it. No one seriously hurt, thank God. This year... I don't even have words. we have to go to the phone store to take care of mom's phone and I don't want her getting screwed over. No nothing last night. Grown up stuff of my own to deal with. Deep breaths. Take enough of them and most crises will exhaust themselves at some point. Maybe I'll run the dogs instead of swimming, they could use an outing after the all the rain and before the next one. Today looks gorgeous though. so truly thankful everyone is safe. Two littles in their family. Thank you, God.
So on we go, not really even looking at the numbers right now. Just need to keep moving and watching what I put into my mouth.
