Blob up, muscle down, water down. Walked last night, 2.31 miles. a bit short because there was a group of people on one block and I just avoid at this point. Halloween lights are up on some of the houses, I guess I'll pull out my stuff this weekend. The only new thing I want (besides the 12' skeleton) is some purple/orange LED lights, but I'm not going to go out of my way for them.
Happy Friday, sticking to plan. Keep to around 1200, keep moving, drink water. Looked back at last year and that's what seems to work for me. I'll start lifting some heavier things as well. Clothes fit, I just don't like the trend. Might switch back to eggs from oatmeal when this batch is gone or find a happy medium of half and half. I do like warm oatmeal on chilly mornings.
