waited to weigh. ugh. it's not real, but the visual can mess with your head if you let it. muscle up, blob down, water back up there intentionally. the shorter days are beginning to affect me and not in a good way. missed our window to walk last night due to working late, going to have to start breaking up the work day if they're going to do that to me. Looked back at intake, kept under goal. Just a waiting game then.
