Didn't realize I missed entering yesterday entirely, I'll go log the weight later. My bad. This is cauliflower pizza weight and will be fine. Some irony in that I was under all day until pizza for dinner. There were not a lot of veggies during the day, I did eat some fruit on the fly. Kinda a rough week at work, family stuff, crazy rains and more. It is what it is, although I'm getting tired of some of it. One of the secrets to life that I've learned is that time passes no matter what and sometimes it's just a matter of weathering the storm. Literally and/or figuratively. So head down and press on most of the time. That said, I'm up two from my normal this morning and I don't like the visual of the numbers. Body is actually fine, I'm not bloated and round and ready to burst if I hit the doorframe or anything, but I have to pay attention to the numbers before it becomes a permanent thing. A literal get well plan.

For my body, going to keep going with the 1200 plan and switch away from chicken for a couple of days. Fish, pork, soup w/beans and garbanzos. Overall protein may go down slightly, but no biggie. It's cool today, so will be perfect to make soup. I'm going to make a pot of steel cut oats first. One of my favorite things about this time of year.

I owe the dogs a walk this morning because we had multiple thunderstorms yesterday and I wasn't about to get caught outside in it twice in one month. Couldn't walk, couldn't swim, so cleaned up the house instead. Sometimes that's as good as it gets. I'm going to start the day with ten minutes on the treadmill and take it from there. Trying some backwards walking to deal with the sciatica again (sitting too long).

Blob up, muscle up, water down. Feels like Fall, life is good, enjoy the day.

Good1 I did twenty minutes walking backwards and got zero exercise minutes, but I didn't fall!
