This probably wasn't an "overnight" loss...yesterday was an early morning weigh in so was probably a little high. Eating half a cheeseburger & fries for lunch that Hubby brought me may have reversed this anyway. We're having veggie soup from Costco & a salad for dinner. Maybe I can still keep the calories below 1800.

Afternoon walks have been nice. We're still getting lovely Fall temperatures...in fact it was in the mid 40's early this morning. The deer are active. We saw the whole herd twice on our walk. We even saw a buck with budding antlers and some fawns that are losing their spots 😊🦌

The birds are still charming us on the back deck feeder. The hummingbirds are very territorial. One sat on top of the feeder outside the window & chased off all the others trying to have a sip. This morning I saw a Red-breasted Grosebeak (thank you Google 🙂). She was probably just stopping by for breakfast on her way South for the Winter. Even the Redheaded Woodpecker & the Wrens have been eating at the feeder.

Not a lot else going on. I'm between wanting to maintain & wanting to lose that few lbs. to get to 139. Maintaining is easier...of course. Not a big deal.

All my shows on TV are returning for the Fall Season & I'm thoroughly absorbed in Grace & Frankie on Netflix...so I'm watching more TV than I probably should.

Also, reading my book for Book Club. It's a good book!
More sedentary activities. And today I started listening to a 20 song Alan Jackson CD when I was doing the breakfast dishes & puttering around. I ended up sitting down towards the end & just listening.

Time to feed the dogs & whip up that soup & salad 🥗 😋
