Labs this morning....got results already via my Patient Portal online. Most things look good. My cholesterol results were inline with guidelines but up a little from 6 months ago. I will clarify with my doctor next week if being away 2 weeks out of 3 (and eating off my usual plan) before getting my labs could elevate my levels or not.

Lunch out with my sister today. I went shopping after...good news is it upped my steps for the day. I didn't buy a lot but I did stock up on hand soap for the bathrooms @ Bath & Body Works. I was looking for the body wash Hubby likes. It's been discontinued but I did discover it's still available online.

I didn't take anything out to defrost for dinner before I went out today, so dinner was a frozen thin crust pizza. It had sausage & pepperoni....I added onions, tomatoes, sweet peppers, banana peppers & olives.

Bed time....bye til tomorrow. 😴
