Little summary of my fs journey: started using app on June 2016 @ 54.5 that year my lowest weight was 47.5 (Oct) ; in 2017 I was 49.5 (Feb) then left it until I came back @54.5 (Oct 2018) - minimum I reach that year was 52 (Nov), then in 2019 start @51 (Feb) but got fat by Oct @56 - just after I came back from a visit to my Country I prob went all fatty food, in 2020 didn't record went a year to Ca & came back in Jun 2021 and in 2021 I start all @55 (July) now that August has ended finishing this month @54.5 - Same starting weight, same ending weight consider this loop closed , want to try my hardest to reach 52 so I can keep myself oscilating around there during the coming year, time to start doing at least light exercise and stop bringing stupid sht into the house 🤞..con fe 😬
