Starting weight before vacation is .2 higher than 13 days ago before we headed to Toronto. No scales for a week.
Today's calories are estimated since we ate out 2 meals. If I estimated right I'm still under goal.....just a tich.
Hooked up with my sister & we drove to my Niece's. We went for lunch before heading south to spend the night with my 2 younger sisters. They traditionally eat at the chain resteraunts when they eat out. My Niece & I are big fans of trying local resteraunts so we went downtown to a place we had lunch back in December. Good choice....I had Panko crusted Tilapia on a bed of lemon cheese, collard greens & cheesy grits. I am full now.
We've been planning all the stuff we'd like to do while we're in Florida. The area we're going to has a bunch of beach communities along the gulf coast. We do lots of beach time but we're talking about
