Not sure what this is about other than eating really late last night, like at almost 9pm. We'll just see what tomorrow brings, I guess. Did thirty minutes on the treadmill at a pretty good clip, sprints and hills, went to puppy class. didn't run around there, but did walk around the park for about 1/2 hour. We'll call it a fluctuation and move on with life. Another busy day, blob up slightly, muscle mass up, too. could be from running the inclines, I suppose. All good, all good. press on.

tried to shortcut breakfast, going to have to adjust elsewhere and yet I'm still hungry. that's annoying.
