Early morning weight, moving back down though. Even with the little bit of cheesecake that I did eat. The rest is gone. Reading the label was what did it. 440 calories for 1/4 of the cake, but it wasn't a good one. No, thank you anyways. Longer walk last night, not five miles, but almost 4, I think. Interesting, just looked, watch is cutting down mileage for me for known distances. It's fine, I walked more than an hour instead of sitting on the couch, that's all that matters. Got some beautiful cloud pics as well as the new moon. Can't see that sitting on the couch or on the treadmill. Good stuff. Had to cut part of the image out of the last one. Oh well.

Guests are gone this morning, life reverts back to the strange pandemic normal, whatever that is. Onwards and upwards we go.
