Interesting outcome from the weekend, go figure. Played in the pool for a couple of hours, not structured, but watch gave me credit for 35 minutes all on its own, so good enough. Made me tired. Lots of splashing, kicking and going underwater and tossing of a small human around the pool. Did a medium walk with dogs, kinda hot, so not a quick pace, but got the steps in. Didn't eat a dinner per se, but had a bowl of frozen strawberries and a splash of milk to cool down around bedtime. Dregs of a bottle of moscato, still need to log that, so good overall.

Leg is better when I walk, will keep that in mind today and try to make sure I get movement in there. Pool guy is finally bringing the part that broke in June for install. Will be glad to have that done. We used a workaround, but I had to put more chlorine in and I prefer the other way.

Something bit my leg and foot. Spider like bite, watching it, ugly, but getting better. No idea when it happened.

Adventures with BF were a lot of fun yesterday, followed by that lovely sammie for a late lunch. Life is good.
