😁 Starting the month off right....only .2 over my all time low and 1.6 over goal. There will probably be some fluctuations, though. I ended up averaging 1773 calories per week for July....under 1800 every week in spite of a 1900 allowance. I eat what I want while still "watching what I eat".

Ended July @ 142.2
So between June 1st & Aug. 1st that's a 4.2 loss. My measurements are holding steady about the same. I have done my yoga/ toning routine most days this month and I walk most days as well. The weather is supposed to be cooler (80's) for the next few days so that will make walking more pleasant.

Today is very breezy which is nice. After I finish my coffee I may get dressed & transplant some daylillies. I moved them from another garden either last year or the year before. They are being overtaken by the Black-eyed Susans in one garden and concealed by ferns in another. I got a few blooms from each but they would do better if they had room to spread out & get bigger. I just need to decide where to move them.

I also need to make time to exercise today. I skipped 2 days. I didn't walk Friday cause it started raining. Yesterday we did an abbreviated walk late cause it was pretty hot. The dogs don't tolerate the heat so Hubby doesn't like to overdo it. I can walk by myself but I usually don't.

27 days til our Beach trip ⛱🌞🌊 If that's not enough motivation...don't know what is.

Burgers for dinner. I made scrambled eggs, bacon & fruit for breakfast. Calories were slightly higher but not much. Gonna try to do a light lunch/snack to allow for dinner. I actually ate/ drank almost 1900 calories yesterday. Although we had baked potatoes with our steak mine was tiny...just over 100 calories...but the sour cream & butter added more.

If I don't see progress towards my new goal this week I will try to lower my calories by about 100. First I'm going to try to up my activities.

Side note * We have a new visitor to the bird feeder. A red headed woodpecker showed up yesterday & is back today 😀 I love it!
