Late dinner last night, PPW. Not worried. I think my leg/calf issue is a nerve thing from sitting too much - shocking! Just when I think I've mastered a skill, I find out I'm doing it all wrong. Will start hanging upside down twice a day until it subsides, along with the usual stretches and stuff. Was contemplating getting rid of my kneeling chair recently which I keep to the side for days like this, but so glad I didn't. Definite love/hate relationship there.

Not a lot of words this morning, nothing wrong, just busy. Mid-year review later. Fun. No real walk last night, did some running around with dogs, but spent most of my free time looking for a missing key. Found it, thankfully. BF found the whole ordeal amusing. I do tend to *cough* focus pretty hard when I can't find things. I am here to entertain, apparently.

Gonna be hot, going to swim and maybe do some stretching mid-day to work on this thing.
