Swam again last night 860 strokes, 10.6METs, beat the thunderstorm. Average heart rate 154 so was definitely working it hard. 20 minutes in peak, the rest spread out. Super short walk due to it being too hot and humid for the dogs, they were literally dragging after a short block and we don't push it when they're unenthusiastic. I'm not wearing a fur coat and they are.

Going to be another bear of a week at work, have some personal life stuff to attend to as well.

Surpised a little at the numbers below, I figured the blob would be receding a bit more, but whatever. I should look at my water weight from yesterday. with all the humidity, I drank a lot of water, that might skew things along with all the sweating.
