Wouldn't you know about the time I decided I'm liking the downward trend of my weight & decide to go with it...it goes the other direction 😏 No biggie....only up .2 today. I'm still going to try to maintain a little lower than my goal weight.

I was scrutinizing my tummy area this morning...trying to decide if I see any progress since I started toning exercises. I think there just may be some improvement. The skin on my tummy isn't taunt over the underlying muscles & probably never will be. But I feel firmer underneath, if that makes sense. Anyway, gonna keep working at it.

Today was doggie bath day for our two 4 legged kids. I do the blow dry & comb out 😊 Hubby gives them both haircuts.

I thought our walk yesterday might get rained out but we got a break & were able to do it. It was humid & sticky though. Today is pretty hot. I still have to exercise & need decide if it will be inside or outside. I ended up outside yesterday cause the overcast sky seemed to cool it off a little on the deck.

I sprayed deer repellant again yesterday. It's raining so much I've been doing it every 3 to 4 days. I saw evidence they had nibbled on a Caladium. I saw another one today where one leaf was missing. Either they had gotten to it before I sprayed or ate one leaf & decided it didn't taste good. After waiting so long for the bulbs I planted to come up I'd rather not sacrifice them as a midnight snack. I saw the first fawn when we got back from our walk a couple of days ago. And we saw a tiny baby rabbit on our walk yesterday. They can be pests too but I don't see them at the house as often as we see them on our walks.

I had planned to just serve the pizza for dinner last night. When I looked at the medium size I thought it needed a side salad. No other lettuce so I made a small spinach salad with tomato, onion & almonds. That added a few more calories to our meal. After having dessert I had used up almost all of my 1900 calories. That was after saying I was going to try to eat under. I did have some popcorn as a late afternoon snack even though I had lunch. I felt hungry...so I ate.

Lemon Shrimp within linguini planned for tonight. I have a bit of asparagus left so I think I'll thrown that in.

I haven't had my lunch/snack today so I think I'll go find something to eat. Then I need to exercise.

Same happened to me, lol. I had predicted an upswing within my usual range but it's always annoying when it happens at a time you've decided you're going to making losing a goal.
