Pizza weight this morning. Had a good swim yesterday, 10.1 METs average heart rate 142, a miscount of 1974 strokes by the watch, my count was about half that in the upper 800's at 865. spent half my time in cardio and half in peak. working my heart out hard, which I need. date night after, really needed that, working too hard lately, needed a more personal level of interaction than happy hour with friends. Niece is coming over at noon to swim so I'm going to jump in the pool now to get my time in uninterrupted. Groceries ordered and delivered before ten, so that's done. More fruit and vegs to nosh on. Half a pizza left in the fridge, going to put it in baggies in the freezer, I think. Salmon for dinner tonight, looking forward to it.
