Actually nothing to see here. Food was normal, I played with weights during the endless calls yesterday. No walk, no swim, no cardio at all. did some cleanup around the house last night with great enthusiasm. I am a prisoner of the desk.

😂 it’s all good. I’m sitting here wondering if i have enough energy to swim. Will probably walk to unload my brain.

I feel ya. It's a grind and it's crazy how sitting still sucks the energy out of you. So we're going to start with a little walk and I'm hoping that motivation will kick in. No humidity tonight, so should be pleasant. and it all starts over again tomorrow. 😜😜😜
