Whenever I have thoughts where I wonder if I should post a question to a forum of any sort on contemplated behavior, I immediately know that it's something I shouldn't do. Funny how that works. Yeah, it's already started today.

Medium walk last night, humidity was 84% and wow, am I a wuss these days, I wore pants and I was so gross when I got home. I got a very few minutes of spin in and a few sets of bicep curls earlier in in the day. That's it, it's crazy. Stopped to put out the trash this morning and came into a "call me" email. Super. Keeping it brief. Life goes on, you'll be seeing more of me early on the weekends because -- wait for it-- we get to work Saturdays again. Woo hoo. Not. At least I'll have to get up and productive more early in the day and I won't feel bad if they hear me doing stuff in the background. It's an early call, so it doesn't interrupt my day too much.

Obstinate blob is holding, muscle is up slightly, all good. Gotta get back to it now. Press on, press on.
