45 minutes spin, did a hard interval class, ended up having to change completely before puppy class, which is good. I don't sweat in the pool (yes, technically you do) but I am getting much better at this. No reason I shouldn't, always rode as a kid. It's just here that I'm terrified of the bad drivers. Also played with the weights a bit during calls.
