I'm just deleting my initial thoughts on this day and we'll start over beginning now. I may need to unpack some stuff a little later. For now, we're just doing a restart.
Good morning! Did some spinning, a treadmill class and literally ran around the park with the dogs, including some sprinting while they chased me. A good time all in all. I like that I can run around and not be winded. I made a decision before class to do a treadmill class rather than slow pack walk with friends and I'm once again glad that I did because I've really improved my cardio and I'm enjoying the play time with the dogs vs meandering through the park without hitting 100 bpm.
Working off the weekend bump. Muscle up, blob down, hydrated, doing okay. Started introducing salad back into my life last couple of days in smaller amounts. Same with fruits. Life is good. Every day you wake up has the potential to be awesome.
