I'm just starting again too.. I was on before but never posted.. just used as a calorie counter. I have to/want to lose 80 lbs and last year I had lost 60 only to gain it back with some health issues. Looking forward to being in the community with you ☺️

Honesty and accountability are really noble qualities. Putting it out there for people (us) who can't even see the weight gain is tough, but brave, too. And it's one big step to righting past wrongs that you've inflicted on yourself. I applaud you, and the FS community is behind your renewed efforts to become healthy!

I will be supportive. It's brave that you have admitted that you hadn't been checking in right. You're not alone on this. I recently had to talk with myself too about not being mentally prepared on my diet and the way I am. It's great to be focused on your health goals. I to had a bad accident I had a hip replacement 6 weeks from going back to work then bang it was gone fracture femur broke every large bone in wrist broke humerus dislocated shoulder all on my right side went back for massive surgery and rehab 6 weeks lout

Out from surgery they decided my shoulder was not good they went back and replaced shoulder so I am made of titanium you can do this
