up but not disappointed as I haven't put all my food I've eaten down on record. I have been comfort eating. Also we celebrate a truly special meeting with my best friend from school and we all had a huge meal. so now I START ALL OVER AGAIN. BUT NO COMFORT EATING. MEL.
