You are so lovely and fit and have no reason for reserve. I think insecurities just are so terribly deep rooted. I have yet to be seen in a swimsuit since I lost weight. Maybe this summer. ❤️❤️❤️ 

Excuse me? I think you’re mistaking modesty for insecurity. You’re gonna turn heads on those beaches D1234! Get Hubs to pick out a snappy little two piece? No worries!

Hey, you are not alone. I had gotten so obsessed with my body image lately to where all I do is workout half the time. However some of the foods I eat is some of those bad-for-you, or anyone who is dieting. I try to go grocery shopping when I am out though. 

Melissa I'm trying to not be insecure but it's still hanging around..💜 Katsolo I bet you do look pretty in a swim suit 😘💜 60pack..I need your voice in my head more..thank u Ridemariel, thank u!💜 Laughing C you are looking great but I get it...sometimes I'm good and sometimes I see do many flaws in my body. I need to stop and be thankful that I'm healthy and fit!  

aww. me too hon. still find myself criticizing me. but your so beautiful and fit. screw others opinions. after all opinions are like booties. every one has one and generally they stink. you are a wonderful person and I'm glad your here.  

Hewbrews thanks! I needed that pep talk. I know I am blessed with a good life and a loving husband and a great son and grandchildren. I started on this journey trying to be fit and healthy not only for myself but for them as well. I shouldn't care but sadly it's a struggle. Just need to add that to my prayer list! 💜🙏 

Thanks morgan and Gabby, it's silly how much pressure we all feel to look a certain way but it's real..I'm thankful for all the support! 

Diana I too feel some of your angst. As I'm going to the beach for the first time since I was a kid probably this Friday. Being a Floridian that is a little crazy to say the least. Insecurities are deep rooted generally. But what I've found solace in is the attraction between my wife and I. Ultimately if she likes what she sees then I'm satisfied. 😏 The same for you if he still finds you attractive in your current state then nobody else matters! Obviously more to life than looks/weight. But being healthy will take you a long way in many aspects of life.
