Another roll out of bed onto the scale and into my jeans weight. I went to bed a little earlier, early is still early. Not sure if it's getting easier or not. I did make it a point to leave after ten hours yesterday.

Medium walk last night, was going to swim but since rain forecast for today decided to walk the dogs instead so they don't lose too many days. Two more days until the weekend. that's my focus. I'll get more movement in when I'm not chained to the desk.
