Monday morning is already at warp speed so this is going to be quick. Did 8.1 miles yesterday, swam, doubled my daily move goal and hit my 100.2 miles for the month of February.

Swim was good, 876 strokes, stopped for a bee in the water, average heart rate holding at 138, 9.9 METs so definitely adjusting to the new speed. 22 minutes in cardio. All good stuff.

Walked to coffee, did treadmill later in the night to get to my 100 mile goal. Did some stuff in yard, lots more to do. Always is.

Numbers below are good, did this on increased calories all week. For me, it is all about moving more. Being chained to the desk is not a good thing. Ankle is better, but I think I'm going to order a brace. It's too erratic when I'm not wearing boots and I don't want it to sideline me. My coffee companions being good.
