Well, weight is up again this morning, for two reasons: (1) I only slept for 5 hours (instead of my usual 11!), and (2) no BM yesterday, and my stomach is a bit uncomfortable this morning. No worries! I'm off to a good start this morning, though. Already finished my 3rd bottle of water, and put off breakfast until 7:30, for a 16-hour fasting window. In addition to increasing the water to 15 cups today, I'm going to try to keep my Calories below 1,300. Limiting snacks today should be pretty easy, since I'm suspecting I'll get a decent nap during my eating window.
