There's a fun visual for the morning after a day of unplanned eating activities and no cardio. It'll be fine, just figured I'd share the shock with those struggling. we will be working out today, possibly twice. Note the day before I was significantly lower, 1.1#, which is a large variance for me.
The good news is that I have a ton of lean turkey to feast on for the rest of the week. I should print out this little chart and stick it on my computer to remind myself why we move.
The other thing that happened yesterday is because I ate haphazardly, even that lovely veggie plate, I was really hungry later in the afternoon. Didn't want my ice cream because I was cold and so I ate cereal instead. Logged it all, but this is a good reminder for me of just how quickly I can get off track.
It will all be fine tomorrow. Guessing there's some sodium in there, too. I bet I'm going to get the "you're gaining weight at a rapid pace" warning when I hit enter. Frosting on the cake. Except it's not frosting, just the fat. Good times, good times. 😂
