Crazy day, already mid-morning, haven't had a second, non-stop. Muscle up, medium walk last night, but fast. Been standing on balance board last two days during the incessant telecons, legs are actually shaky at the moment, which is funny. I just pretend I'm snowboarding. No jumps though. Don't want to be that person who falls out of their chair when they're talking. It's happened before, and thankfully, it wasn't me.

Ate lower yesterday to make up from some higher calorie days. I think I'm on another one of those hold, hold, drop patterns. Gonna be a busy year, it seems. Press on.
