Weight still refusing to budge. Began Keto today. Ordered some urine test strips because they were what was affordable - don't think I'd ever buy refill strips for the glucose monitors. It is very challenging to get the macros right, but if I stick to what I've planned for the day, I will end up with only 16.10 Net Carbs (5%), 70% Fat and 25% Protein. I feel like I can do this for at least a month, and the fact that I know I won't have to do it FOREVER makes it doable for me. When I get tired of it, I can switch back to the healthy way I've been doing for the past month, with a lower RDI - maybe 1,400.

Wishing you the best!!! I started keto on Sunday... planning to do it for 2 weeks to see what happens😊 I found that macros are a pain but trying to stick it out.

I love how you are looking into other options. When we think about how one size doesn't fit all. There has to be your fit some where on the rack. So Here's to finding that thing that going to get you back in the green. I support you.
