Felt better today, so I managed to put away the laundry I had washed and do another load (also put away). I didn't try to overdo it.
I have been feeling full eating less. Whatever has been causing me to feel off has made me feel bloated at times. I have had no desire to eat dessert after dinner at all for a few days. I had a couple of cookies with some lemon ginger tea this afternoon so it's not an aversion to sugar. I also drank a cup of hot water with lemon & peppermint.
My appetite does seem to be coming back...I'll see how things go without trying to overdo it.
I'm going to make something like a taco salad for dinner. I'm improvising a bit.
Feeling sad for our country today. Whatever we believe politically...it's just sad 😥
