Swam yesterday in the low 60's but with a very brisk, dry wind which resulted in 20 or so minutes of hard shivering before I could get into a hot shower. Those are not my favorite days, but until I build out the club and hire a pool boy to put things away, it's the way it's gonna be.

Decent swim, numbers on the watch are messed up as far as strokes, but everything else seems about right. I counted just under 800 strokes (rested between sets) but the watch logged 1222. 12 minutes at peak and 18 in cardio. I concur with that based on how I felt when I finished. 10.4 METs. average heart rate 148. So not too bad. I wish I'd left things running for when I got out because I did some hard core shivering with the full body quakes. Would be interesting to see heart rate. It's supposed to be upper 70's today, we'll see. Doesn't feel like it this morning.

Didn't walk, but hustled most of the day, so all good. Pile of puppies on the floor last night. They sleep together when it's cold.
