Huh, thought I logged weight yesterday, guess I didn't save that entry. Here it is at the bottom for the record. It was a crazy day at work. I usually work until 2 on Fridays, I was there well after 6 and not happy about it. That said, one more project off the desk and life goes on.

Didn't walk outside either of the last two nights. Played with total gym and kettle bell a bit last night, but my heart wasn't in it All upper body.. I did make a nice healthy soup and I will be making a pumpkin waffle for breakfast in a few. My house is a disaster at the moment, working on that as soon as I finish this and then will swim in daylight and take the dogs somewhere on an adventure.

And finally, a friend took this one for me. It is my goal to find for next year. He's fuzzy!!! He's also been my favorite ever since I was a little kid. I think his name is Bumble? I also miss the one at the top of the Matterhorn at Disneyland. It's also an accurate representation of how I feel missing my walks/swims a couple days in a row.
