Happy Sunday! I have a bunch of stuff I want to get done today, including an OS upgrade which is now completed so we can check that box - done! I'm keeping my focus on logging every bite. BF and I are taking the beasts to the park by the water today, not to be confused with playing in the water. Too cold to deal with wet dogs.

No structured walk yesterday, just wandering three warehouse stores looking at appliances. Yuck. I prefer walking in the park any day. We did go to the neighborhood park after and sit and eat lunch in the sun and play with some of the tons of puppies that were there. OMG, corgi puppies. Sooooooooo cute. I want all the puppies, but know better than to fall for those cute little furry buggers. LOL

Made the decision Friday that we're not going to my friend's parents' house for Thanksgiving. Sad about that, but better than putting people at risk who have managed to stay healthy so far. They have the best house for big gatherings and their family just cracks me up. Apparently I'm amusing to them as well so it all works out.

Logging for what's working this week. Dumped the egg whites in my breakfast for a little while. Makes it harder to hit protein goals, but it'll be fine. Measuring my fruit and logging dinner before I eat it. That's been a good way to make decisions before it's too late.

I got the smart scale almost a year ago, so I did a look back on my starting numbers this morning. It's good progress overall and I needed the insight this week. Muscle mass consistently up, so we'll consider it a permanent gain. Fat mass was holding, but working on that specifically right now. Curious about the accuracy of the bone mass since it's gone up and I'm not doing much except swimming and walking until just recently, but that will have to wait until I can get to a medical grade device at some point. Pants still fit! Most important thing. Well, it's important that my swimsuit fit too, not gonna lie. Cold out there these days.
