Surprisingly, when I stepped on the scales this afternoon I was down. After eating what I thought was quite a lot on Thurs. & restaurant meals for Dinner Friday & again Lunch & Dinner yesterday...I expected a gain. I did have dinner style salads Friday & Saturday. And got lots of steps in going up & down stairs & around the house to organize the items we packed....home decor, photos, holiday decor, art off the walls. Then unloading the car at my niece's, whose home has 3 sets of stairs leading from her driveway to the front door.
I'm home now for tonight & tomorrow. My sis & I are heading back over to do more packing Tues. & Wed.
Our power came back on here at my house yesterday at around 11:30 AM. Hubby & the dogs were here, so I'm glad. There are still homes in the county & surrounding area without power. We have a freeze warning forecast for tonight. Hubby said it got quite chilly in the house Friday night so I'm super happy to have heat. I'm going to go out & decide which outdoor plants I'll bring in. I usually over Winter some in the house.
I only had half an English muffin & coffee for breakfast so when I got home I made myself a big bowl of fresh fruit & had some hummus & crackers for lunch. We still have 2 Hello Fresh meals I never got to cook. so we'll have 1 of them for dinner. I'm thinking the Sweetser Pork Tenderloin with Roadside sweet potato & pepper jumble. I've had some form of chicken the past 4 nights so I'm ready for something else.
I slept pretty good Friday night but last night I woke up a couple of times & wasn't able to fall back asleep for a bit. Maybe tonight I'll sleep better.
Well off to check on my plants & then our afternoon walk. With the time change we'll need to start earlier so we're back before dark.
